This means that as a result of a very thorough inspection, you will become well aware of any immediate or potential problems that may exist, whether they be inside or outside the structure.

As a result, you will be much better informed as to the structures overall current condition as well as being a step ahead on any areas, if any, that may need to be addressed in the future.

When a potential investment is involved, information which is obtained from a thorough inspection may prove to be critical. It can be critical in a sense that it could mean the difference between that investment being an asset or a liability!

Since entering the home inspection industry, I have had the pleasure of meeting so many good people throughout the Mid-Ohio Valley, most of whom were in the position of buying or selling a home or business.

This is precisely the reason I approach each and every inspection as if it were my own investment!

It is my sincere desire that this company, as well as myself, continue to grow and strengthen with each and every new acquaintance that I have the good fortune of making. If I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting you, I hope that opportunity comes very soon!

Who We Are   

My name is Gary Anderson, owner and operator of SPARTA, LLC. Residential and Commercial Building Inspection Services.  I am a lifelong resident of the Mid-Ohio Valley. I am licensed through the state of West Virginia as both a certified home inspector as well as an electrician. I have been a working member of the construction trades for 15 years. I am a proud member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), a non- profit association dedicated to the development and certification of licensed home inspectors in the home inspection industry. I am also a member of the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors (WVAHI), also a non profit association here in West Virginia, dedicated to providing you with the experience, professionalism and the best service possible. All of which you should expect from those of us within the home inspection industry.
